reading the house of pomegranates and the happy prince in lit class. really liked that line from that story and the story itself, so i wrote it down to remember it.

kind of cool, huh? the story's really sad.

is it really harsh? unforgiving maybe, but don't know if that's really harsh so much as it just is.
